It is requested to understand the prescribed rules of each product before buying the product. After purchasing the product, any comments outside of the rules mentioned in the product will not be accepted.

• No refunds will be applicable after successful order placement.

We will refund completely only purchase which has been done in less than 72 hours. After 72 hours no complete refund can be processed.

But if the customer wants to change the IPTV subscription package then he can contact us and we will give an opportunity to change but if the customer complies with our conditions then we can do the change.

We will not ship a refund or partial refund if:

  The customer did not like the channel line-up.
  Customer found another service.
 If the customer uses it illegally. 
  If the customer has a problem, he refuses to implement the solution we provide.
